Seller terms (draft)

Eligibility

Sellers must be at least 18 or act for a registered business, provide accurate identity or company details, and accept the verification process.

Listings

You are responsible for accurate descriptions, condition notes, sizes, stock levels and prices. Listings must not infringe trademarks or contain counterfeit goods.

Orders

You must keep stock accurate and mark orders as packed, dispatched and delivered in good time. Repeated cancellations or late dispatch may lead to suspension.

Commission and payouts

A commission is taken on the product subtotal of successful sales. Payout mechanics are not live in this prototype and will be defined when a payment provider is connected.

Verification

Verification badges are assigned by the marketplace after review. Approval as a seller never automatically grants a badge.
