ONEST
Delivery
Options
Same-city courier and nationwide parcel delivery. Fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
Timing
Delivery timing is not guaranteed in this prototype. No courier is connected, so no live estimates are shown. Sellers have a dispatch deadline set by the marketplace policy once it is finalised.
Tracking
When a seller dispatches an order they can add a tracking number and link. Tracking details are shown in your order. In this demo, status updates are entered manually.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails, the order status shows "failed delivery" and the seller can re-dispatch.
