Anti-counterfeit policy

Zero tolerance

Counterfeit or misrepresented goods are prohibited. Listings suspected of being counterfeit will be suspended pending review.

Reporting

Use "Report this listing" on any product page. Reports go to the moderation queue.

Authentication

Where the marketplace has performed an item-level check, the listing shows "Authenticated by marketplace". Where no check is recorded, the listing says so. Authentication is not claimed by default.

Limits

No authentication process is perfect. This policy describes our intent and process, and is a draft for legal and brand-protection review.
